PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THIS PLATFORM. By accessing or using Pure Imagination Consulting® Academy (the "Platform"), operated by Pure Imagination Consulting®, LLC, d/b/a AIsezz ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
"Platform" means Pure Imagination Consulting® Academy, including all websites, subdomains, mobile applications, online courses, coaching programs, community spaces, and digital products hosted or operated by Company.
"User" means any person who accesses, browses, registers, enrolls, or purchases from the Platform.
"Digital Products" means all online courses, pre-recorded videos, downloadable materials, AI training modules, certification programs, templates, worksheets, e-books, and any other digital content sold or distributed through the Platform.
"Coaching Services" means live coaching sessions, group programs, and community memberships offered under the She's Inside You brand or any other program hosted on the Platform.
"Done-For-You Services" ("DFY Services") means custom AI consulting, AI agent development, automation services, and VA placement services offered under AIsezz or SIPnHIRE brands.
"E-Commerce Products" means any physical or digital goods sold through the Platform's storefront.
"Account" means the registered profile created by a User to access the Platform and its offerings.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to or use of the
Platform constitutes your full acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement
applies to all Users including visitors, registered members, paying customers,
and business clients. Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any
time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following posted
changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of
age to use this Platform, create an Account, or make a purchase. By using the
Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Minors
under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or purchasing without
verified parental or guardian consent.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an Account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account
• Notify Company immediately at hello@pureimaginationconsulting.com of any unauthorized access or security breach
Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion without notice if it suspects a breach of this Agreement.
5.1 Company Ownership
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio recordings, written content, graphics, logos, trademarks, AI tools, templates, frameworks, coaching methodologies, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pure Imagination Consulting®, LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Upon purchase or enrollment, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Digital Products solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree that you will NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, redistribute, resell, or re-purpose any Platform content
• Share login credentials or course access with any other person
• Screen-record, screenshot, or capture video or audio content from the Platform
• Use any Platform content to train AI models or automated systems
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use Company branding, name, or likeness without prior written consent
Violation of this section will result in immediate Account termination and may subject you to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. COMPANY DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ONLINE COURSES, COACHING PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIPS, CERTIFICATIONS, OR DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICES ONCE ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED OR SERVICES HAVE COMMENCED.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Digital Products are delivered immediately or within a short time of purchase. Because Company has no way to verify what content you have accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used after access is granted, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Coaching programs and memberships are non-refundable once the program begins, including any portion of a billing cycle.
• Done-For-You AI, automation, and VA placement services are non-refundable once work has commenced or discovery has been initiated.
• E-commerce products: Physical goods may be eligible for exchange only within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Buyer assumes all return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued for physical products.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, you must contact Company within 48 hours at hello@pureimaginationconsulting.com. Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues, but will not issue refunds for failure to contact within this window.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution does not entitle you to a refund and may result in permanent Account termination, being banned from future purchases, and referral to collections. Company reserves the right to contest all chargebacks and disputes.
All prices are listed in U.S.
dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. Company accepts
payment through designated processors available on the Platform. You authorize
Company to charge your selected payment method for the full amount at the time
of purchase or at each billing cycle for subscription-based services.
For subscription or membership
services, your enrollment will automatically renew at the end of each billing
period unless you cancel at least 5 business days before the renewal date. You
are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation. Company is not
obligated to issue refunds for failure to cancel prior to renewal.
Coaching, mentoring, and
educational content provided through the Platform, including the She's Inside
You program, AIsezz training, and SIPnHIRE curriculum, are for informational
and educational purposes only. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Company
makes no representations or warranties that you will achieve any specific
outcome, financial result, business growth, certification, or personal
transformation as a result of participation.
Coaching services provided
through the Platform do not constitute licensed mental health counseling,
medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You are solely responsible
for your decisions and actions. If you require professional medical, legal, or
financial guidance, you should consult a licensed professional.
AI consulting, AI agent development, automation builds, and VA placement services are provided on a project or retainer basis. Timelines, deliverables, and scope are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict. Company does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, revenue results, or operational savings from any AI or automation solution delivered.
Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables. Once approved deliverables are deployed or handed off, no additional revisions are included unless specified in the governing Service Agreement.
The Platform may include community forums, group spaces, and interactive features. All Users agree to engage respectfully and professionally. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any kind
• Spam, unsolicited promotion, or unauthorized advertising
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any Platform content within community spaces
• Impersonating Company, its staff, or other Users
• Posting unlawful, harmful, obscene, or defamatory content
Company reserves the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any User from community spaces without notice and without refund.
Your use of the Platform is also
governed by Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this
Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your
information as described in the Privacy Policy. Company will not sell your
personal information to third parties.
Pure Imagination Consulting® is a federally registered trademark of Pure Imagination Consulting®, LLC, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). AIsezz, She's Inside You (SIY), SIPnHIRE, and Pure Imagination Consulting® Academy are brand identifiers of Pure Imagination Consulting®, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misappropriation of any Company trademark, trade name, logo, or brand identifier, whether registered or unregistered, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
The Platform may contain links
to third-party websites, tools, or services. Company does not endorse, control,
or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by those
parties' terms.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMPANY IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend,
and hold harmless Pure Imagination Consulting®, LLC, its officers, employees,
agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses,
costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or
relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of this Agreement;
(c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to
the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without
regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or
relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts.
Prior to initiating any legal
proceedings, you agree to first contact Company in writing at
hello@pureimaginationconsulting.com and allow 30 days for Company to resolve the dispute in good
faith.
Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any purchased content immediately ceases. Company has no obligation to retain or provide you with any data, content, or materials following termination. No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreement or Statement of Work, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
