Meet Coach Nancy

Nancy Clark, MSN, RN, is CEO of Pure Imagination Consulting and founder of AIsezz, a women-led AI consulting agency helping small businesses and professionals implement automation, custom AI agents, and practical AI systems.

Nancy brings 23 years of healthcare leadership together with advanced AI credentials as a Certified AI Consultant and Level 3 Certified AI Agent Developer, a combination that shapes how she builds: with clinical discipline and the urgency of an industry that can't afford to get systems wrong.

Since April 2025, Nancy has chaired the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce's AI & Tech Mastermind, delivering monthly AI training to the regional business community. She now chairs its restructuring into the AI & Tech Council. She also serves as AI Partner for Consult Lemonade, a Maryland nonprofit, training staff, members, and a skills cohort of young adults ages 17 to 24.

Nancy's work centers on purpose-driven leadership. She is the 2024 recipient of the Design of God Kingdom Builder Award from the Sunday Foundation and a contributing author in Whole Body Blessings: Divine Healing Prayer Collection. Through AI Foundations for Purpose-Driven Leaders, her cohort helping entrepreneurs building in God's Kingdom learn AI as a tool for their calling, Nancy bridges technical expertise with faith-centered growth.

Is this program for beginners?
Yes. This cohort was designed for leaders who are just getting started with AI. If you can send an email and use a web browser, you have the technical skills you need. We start with the fundamentals and build from there.
Do I need specific AI tools or software before joining?
No. We walk you through everything during the intro session. You will know exactly what to set up and we will make sure you are ready before the first training.
How many live sessions are there?
There are five live sessions over the eight weeks. Bi-weekly live sessions are approximately 90-minutes. All sessions are recorded if you need to catch up.
What days and times are the sessions?
Training sessions are held in the evenings. 
How much time should I expect to spend each week?
Plan for about two to three hours per week. That includes the live sessions and homework between them. The exercises are built around your real work, so much of the time replaces tasks you are already doing.
Can I register with someone from my team or organization?
Of course. Teams from the same organization, whether a church, business, or nonprofit, often get the most out of the experience because they can put what they learn into practice together.

The cohort price is $799. That is a one-time payment. No subscriptions, no additional fees. 
Is there a payment plan?

Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Every live session is recorded and available to cohort members. If you miss a session, you can watch the recording and complete the homework on your own schedule.
Is there a refund policy?
Because we prepare materials and reserve your seat before the cohort begins, we are not able to offer refunds after registration closes. If you are on the fence, reach out to us. We are happy to talk through whether this is the right fit for you.
What happens after the eight weeks?
You keep everything. Your capstone project, your workflows, and your community access. You will also be first to hear about future cohorts and advanced resources as we continue to build.
