Meet Coach Nancy

Nancy Clark, MSN, RN, is CEO of Pure Imagination Consulting and founder of AIsezz, an AI consulting agency helping small businesses implement automation, custom AI tools, and agent-based workflows. A Certified AI Consultant and Certified MindStudio AI Agent Developer (Level 3), Nancy draws on 23 years in healthcare leadership to bring a disciplined, systems-first approach to AI adoption.

She has chaired the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce's AI & Tech Advisory Council since April 2025. Nancy's work centers on purpose-driven leadership, reflected in her 2024 Design of God Kingdom Builder Award from the Sunday Foundation and her AI Foundations for Purpose-Driven Leaders 8-week cohort for entrepreneurs and Kingdom-minded business owners.

Is this program for beginners?
Yes. This cohort was designed for leaders who are just getting started with AI. If you can send an email and use a web browser, you have the technical skills you need. We start with the fundamentals and build from there.
Do I need specific AI tools or software before joining?
No. We walk you through everything during the intro session. You will know exactly what to set up and we will make sure you are ready before the first training.
How many live sessions are there?
There are five live sessions over the eight weeks. The intro session is two hours. The two training sessions and two midmonth check-ins are each 90 minutes. All sessions are recorded if you need to catch up.
What days and times are the sessions?
Training sessions are held on evenings. The midmonth check-in days will be scheduled based on what works best for the group.
How much time should I expect to spend each week?
Plan for about two to three hours per week. That includes the live sessions and homework between them. The exercises are built around your real work, so much of the time replaces tasks you are already doing.
Can I register with someone from my team or organization?
Of course. Teams from the same organization, whether a church, business, or nonprofit, often get the most out of the experience because they can put what they learn into practice together. Each person registers and pays individually.
How much does it cost?
The launch cohort price is $799. That is a one-time payment. No subscriptions, no additional fees. The standard price after this first cohort will be $799.

Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Every live session is recorded and available to cohort members. If you miss a session, you can watch the recording and complete the homework on your own schedule.
Is there a refund policy?
Because we prepare materials and reserve your seat before the cohort begins, we are not able to offer refunds after registration closes. If you are on the fence, reach out to us. We are happy to talk through whether this is the right fit for you.
What happens after the eight weeks?
You keep everything. Your capstone project, your workflows, and your community access. You will also be first to hear about future cohorts and advanced resources as we continue to build.
